Robert Wagner - President

Mr. Wagner developed the corporate structure, the financing model, and assembled the consortium members. As a high-tech entrepreneur, former NASA Space Shuttle power systems project engineer, and financier, he is well versed in complex project management across multiple disciplines.

Hector Sectzer - Director Marketing, Media, and Public Relations

Mr. Sectzer has managed numerous marketing and media campaigns for Fortune 500 companies resulting in billions of revenue for those firms. Products included George Forman Grill, the Space Bag, HoverRound, and hundreds of other companies.

Keith Stearman, BSCS - Suresoft Division President

Mr. Stearman is a pioneer in artificial intelligence, guiding the delivery of enterprise-grade fully operational production AI systems to major corporations for over a decade. He was selected to rewrite the US Federal Reserve's financial computer code.

Moshe Krienberg, BSME, PE, MBA, MSMS - Director of Project Management

Mr. Krienberg has managed projects worldwide for some of the largest EPC companies, including Parsons Corporation, Bechtel, ARCO, Philips Petroleum, Southern California Edison, and others.

Dr. Constance Golden, BS/MS Mathematics, PhD-ASE, PhD-CE - Program Manager

A Harvard graduate, Ms. Golden has developed and managed numerous high-technology projects for the USAF, NASA, Ford Aerospace, and Lockheed Martin Space Support Systems.
