Albion provides a number of services to all sizes of business organizations. These are designed to provide our clients with everything from simple consultations through financing and up to completely financed, built, and delivered turn-key projects. The descriptions below are summaries, so please contract us for more information.

These key elements provide the wide range of services necessary to fully finance, design, and engineer all aspects of a project, procure all components and materials, construct to the highest standards, thoroughly test each system, train the local staff, and deliver it fully operational. The key vendors are our primary Engineering, Procurement, and Construction ("EPC") companies in our consortium (see Companies below). These are all world-recognized leaders in the EPC industry, such as Bechtel, Jacob Engineering, Parsons, and Kiewit.

Albion typically deploys its senior personnel in the central development and executive management positions for projects. This ensures coordination between the various areas of the project, early detection and proactive problem resolution, and proper use of funds. Albion, in full coordination with our Client, will hire and administer the prime contractors and EPC vendors, administer payments, conduct audits, and track progress for the client.

Enterprise Architecture

Albion provides Enterprise Architect ("EA") services for corporate entities. Throughout their existence, corporations are faced with shifting markets, wide swings in economies, major cultural and demographic upheavals, and fast technological changes. As the vast majority of enterprises are focused on their particular industry, these changes usually catch the corporation by surprise, forcing an overly fast, unstable, and costly adjustment effort to meet them. This scenario is sufficiently common that the average life of an enterprise-level company is about 30 years.

As an EA, Albion provides an outside perspective and the talent pool needed to address the unique corporate strategies that keep a corporation in the forefront of its market. We conduct comprehensive enterprise analysis, determine best practice solutions, and implement the solution's design, planning, and implementation for the successful execution of a desired corporate strategy.

Project Development & Oversight

Many of our clients have strong capabilities in their core business but can still require additional services when initiating a major project. This can be especially true for technology-heavy projects and/or those in difficult environments. Additionally, financing requirements can constrict project flexibility.

Albion solves these issues by both sourcing the financing and acting as the Project Director, coordinating the major interactions between the vendors and the client. Albion focuses on the strategic progress and financing, while leaving project management to the combination of the client's expertise and the prime project contractors. Our services include on-going project auditing for both the financial and construction efforts to ensure on-time quality delivery and proper use of funds.

Custom Enterprise Software

Albion's SureSoft division has been providing enterprise level software solutions to Fortune 500 clients for over twenty years. SureSoft's team can structure, develop, and deploy customized software using the most applicable and robust software languages and system architecture.

Technical & Engineering

Albion's senior staff includes individuals with both extensive technical management experience and advanced degrees in a number of field. We leverage these talents to direct technical design projects for our clients. Smaller projects are performed in-house, while larger efforts will include other technical vendors.

Consultations

Albion's senior staff and a select set of vendor representatives, as appropriate, provide free initial consultations. These consultations encompass both technical and financial considerations to provide for a clear definition of client needs and possible solutions. Additionally, long-term technical consultation contracts are available for specific technical needs.
